Job Summary: The professional will work on transformation projects, applying BI with a focus on both data and business to solve complex problems and drive strategic decisions. Key Highlights: 1. With a balanced perspective between data and business: 50% data and 50% business. We receive challenges from strategic planning and lead well-defined end-to-end transformation projects. In each cycle—which may last approximately six months or longer—new problems emerge, new areas become involved, and new connections must be built. Our work goes far beyond building data. We seek to understand the problem, structure hypotheses, investigate scenarios, connect diverse areas, and transform analyses into business decisions. On a day-to-day basis, we collaborate closely with product, logistics, commercial data, and other iFood teams. There is ample space for co-creation, continuous exchange, and autonomy to lead projects with an owner's mindset. **Your Daily Menu** ----------------------- * Structure complex problems and convert them into testable hypotheses; * Lead end-to-end transformation projects; * Build analyses, diagnostics, and dashboards to support decision-making; * Investigate specific situations and cases to identify improvement opportunities; * Connect data, processes, and different business areas; * Collaborate with product, logistics, commercial data, and other teams; * Deliver presentations and communicate insights through data storytelling; * Manage stakeholders and co-create solutions with partner areas; * Monitor projects from inception through transition to the business team; * Work across multiple projects over time, facing new challenges in each cycle. * Among the team’s current challenges are projects related to financial incentives with gamification for delivery partners, and investigations into platform blocks—considering potential misconduct, fraud, and internal policies. **Ingredients We’re Looking For** ----------------------------- * A balanced profile between data and business; * Analytical ability; * Skill in structuring problems and formulating hypotheses; * Strong communication and presentation skills; * Ability to clearly present analyses and communicate insights; * Basic knowledge of generative artificial intelligence; * Proactivity, entrepreneurial mindset, and owner’s mentality; * Aptitude for connecting dots and collaborating across diverse areas; * Genuine interest in deeply understanding business processes and problems.
