




Job Summary: Professional responsible for supporting accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, report preparation, and fulfillment of ancillary obligations, under supervision. Collaboration in fulfilling ancillary obligations **Your Mission:** Responsible for supporting the company's accounting activities, assisting with accounting entries and reconciliations, preparing reports, and fulfilling ancillary obligations. Perform operational and administrative tasks related to accounting, always under the supervision of more experienced analysts, aiming to ensure accurate recording and control of financial transactions. **Responsibilities:** * Record low-complexity accounting entries in the ERP system, ensure correct allocation of revenues and expenses, perform entries for provisions, depreciation, amortization, and accounting adjustments under guidance from more experienced analysts, support the verification and entry of invoices into the system, ensure fiscal documents comply with accounting standards. * Assist in reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts, identify discrepancies and make necessary adjustments, support the team in bank reconciliation, calculate and verify balances recorded in bank, cash, supplier, and customer accounts. * Assist in controlling and reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable, record and verify payments and receipts. * Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings, organizing and preparing documents required for more detailed analysis, collaborate in preparing trial balances and preliminary financial statements under guidance from a Senior or Lead Analyst, participate in generating monthly accounting reports to support Finance and Administration departments. * Assist in managing the company’s fixed assets, enter and remove items from the system under supervision, participate in controlling and updating accounting records for depreciation of fixed assets. * Assist in completing and filing ancillary obligations, such as SPED Contábil and ECF, according to established deadlines, organize and archive fiscal and accounting documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. * Collaborate in internal and external audits, provide requested documents and information. Assist in preparing evidence and reports requested during accounting and tax audits. * Contribute information to the Controller’s Office, assist in gathering data for cost and expense analysis, support generating financial performance reports based on accounting and tax data, under supervision. * Respond to accounting information requests from other company departments, always under supervision, providing specific reports and documents. \- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve internal processes, such as automation and standardization of tasks. * Stay updated on Brazilian accounting standards (BRGAAP) and applicable tax legislation, applying this knowledge to daily activities. Participate in training and development programs offered by the company, focusing on technical growth. * Adhere to principles established in the company’s mission, philosophy, policies, and objectives. * Perform other professional duties related to and inherent to the position, as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor. **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. * Basic knowledge of routine accounting and tax legislation. * Basic proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
