




Job Summary: The Inside Sales Assistant will be responsible for lead generation, qualification, and business opportunity development, with a focus on internal and corporate sales of engineering and architecture software. The Inside Sales Assistant will be responsible for lead generation, qualification, and business opportunity development for clients seeking to implement solutions aimed at improving their current product and project development processes. We are looking for communicative, extroverted professionals with high energy for internal/corporate sales communication! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Internal sales of software to customers in engineering and architecture fields; * Customer service and support; * Prospecting and business opportunity development; * Preparation of commercial proposals; * Process monitoring; * Scheduling and conducting external visits; * Pre-sales and after-sales of software; * Receiving sales inquiries; * Providing assistance to the team. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Proficiency in computer skills and technologies, including Office suite; * Experience in corporate sales and/or customer service; * Must reside in Fortaleza/CE. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Salary: Fixed + Performance-based variable; * **Benefits:** Meal and food allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, health insurance, dental plan, English and undergraduate study subsidy, access to MAPData’s EAD platform, and Gympass; * **On-site CLT employment in Americana/SP;** * 44-hour weekly work schedule.
