Our focus lies on the “Minha Casa Minha Vida” program, offering a complete and humanized journey for our customers. **\*Responsibilities\*** * Conduct video or phone calls to guide customers toward purchase decisions. * Present available developments clearly and consultatively, highlighting key differentiators and benefits. * Understand customer needs and recommend the property most suited to their profile. * Support the sales closing process, ensuring speed and security. * Collaborate closely with support teams and construction companies to ensure a seamless, frictionless experience. **Requirements** * Strong communication and persuasion skills in a digital environment. * Ability to build connection and trust with customers remotely. * Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset. * Prior experience in inside sales or remote customer service is a plus. **What You’ll Find Here** * Compensation: R$3\.000,00 fixed (PJ) \+ tiered variable pay.
