Therefore, offering opportunities at all organizational levels is one of our primary goals, ensuring an environment conducive to the growth of every member of our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Challenges** * Generate new business opportunities and clients through active prospecting and Social Selling; * Manage the company’s existing client base to drive new sales; * Engage with large corporations, government entities, and medium-to-large enterprises; * Contact clients daily to identify projects and opportunities, conduct negotiations, and present the company; * Make daily phone calls to company decision-makers to schedule meetings, demonstrations, and visits for the Commercial Executive; * Conduct initial meetings via videoconference; send, track, and convert proposals; * Product or Service Presentations: Persuasively present the benefits and features of the company’s products or services. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking For** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in commercial activities / prospecting — technology sector; * Proficiency in CRM software; * Knowledge of Excel; * Valid driver’s license. **Desirable:** * English proficiency; * Prior experience in a field similar to 3CORP’s; * Familiarity with TOTVS CRM. **Additional Information** **At 3CORP, You’ll Find:** * On-site parking; * In-house cafeteria; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Dental care coverage; * Year-end bonus; * Total Pass; * Educational and academic incentives: courses and university partnerships.
