Dynamic environment focused on information security **We are hiring: Information Security Analyst** **Location:** Ribeirão Preto/SP – On-site (Dabi Business Park, Lagoinha) **Area:** Technology and Information Security We are looking for an **Information Security Analyst** to lead initiatives and practices aimed at protecting the organization’s technological and informational assets, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support implementation and maintenance of the Information Security policy; * Ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD); * Support internal and external audits; * Develop and review security standards, procedures, and controls; * Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning; * Monitor security events using SIEM tools; * Lead incident response activities (identification, containment, eradication, and lessons learned); * Administer and oversee solutions such as Firewall, Antivirus/EDR, DLP, MFA; * Perform vulnerability assessments and track remediation plans; * Conduct periodic vulnerability analyses (scans); * Support penetration testing (pentest); * Assess third-party and vendor-related risks; * Deliver information security training to employees; * Support internal awareness campaigns; * Advise departments on best practices for data protection. **Required Education and Knowledge:** * Completed undergraduate degree in a field related to the position. * Knowledge of networks, firewalls, EDR, antivirus, DLP, IAM. * Cryptography, authentication, and access control. * Risk management and impact analysis (BIA). * Tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners. * Familiarity with frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls). * LGPD and best practices for data protection. **Differentiating Competencies:** * Analytical and critical thinking; * Investigative mindset; * Organization and discipline; * Ability to work under pressure; * Clear communication with technical and executive teams. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Transportation Allowance * Discounts at partner universities Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$4.500,00 \- R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health assistance * Dental assistance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
