Seize opportunities along your journey and grow alongside us! **Team Play**: When we exchange ideas and solutions, there’s no limit to where we can go! **Flexibility**: We adapt, have fun, and always find the best path—all within a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties:** ***Your daily routine on the BP team as a Mid-Level Information Security Analyst?*** **Security Architecture and Standards Definition:** * Develop security standards, architectural models, and technical security references; * Design solutions aligned with Zero Trust (identity, device, network, application, and data); * Define technical security requirements for new projects and vendors; * Evaluate existing architectures and recommend structural transformations. **Cloud Security:** * Design secure environments on AWS/Azure/GCP; * Implement frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and cloud hardening benchmarks; * Configure advanced IAM, policies, native security controls, and cloud monitoring; * Work with multi-cloud and hybrid environments. **DevSecOps Integration:** * Ensure security across CI/CD pipelines, container images, and infrastructure-as-code; * Define standards for SAST/DAST, secret management, SBOM, and supply chain security; * Support engineering teams in building secure applications. **Technical Assessments and Connectivity:** * Conduct in-depth technical evaluations of solutions, tools, and architectures; * Guide development squads and teams on security best practices; * Serve as a technical reference during audits, reviews, and complex integrations. **Technical Leadership:** * Mentor analysts at all levels; * Lead architecture projects; * Influence strategic security decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ***What do you need to join us?*** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology fields such as Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines; * Experience in information security, infrastructure, or engineering; **Proven experience in:** * Enterprise architecture or security architecture; * Cloud Security (advanced level); * Zero Trust (minimum: identity, access, and networks); * Advanced DevSecOps; * IAM, SSO, MFA, and authentication/authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC); * Containers and Kubernetes. **Soft skills:** * Systemic thinking; * Architectural thinking; * Technical decision-making; * Executive communication; * Technical leadership. ***What boosts your chances?*** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Information Security, Risk Management, or related fields; * Experience in multi-cloud architecture; * API security (REST/GraphQL); * Threat modeling (STRIDE, PASTA); * Automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC); * Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SC-100, AWS/GCP/Azure Architect, GIAC GDSA/GCSA. **Additional Information:** ***Work Schedule:*** * 8h48 daily; * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. ***Work Model/Location:*** * Hybrid | Downtown Curitiba / PR **\#JoinBP (:** Job Type: Full-time, CLT permanent employment Benefits: * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * Are you available and interested in working as a PJ (individual contractor)?
