Develop solutions and propose changes to optimize resources, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Follow up on the implementation of proposed improvements and ensure that new processes function as planned, monitoring the try\-out of new products and processes. Monitor and record performance indicators such as volume, quality, cost, yield, and productivity. Maintain updated regulatory documentation, standardize activities, and prepare managerial reports and results analysis. Plan, develop, and control the production plan using ERP. Run MRP and generate purchasing and production requirements. Analyze machine load and capacity. Confirm the need for raw materials, packaging, and consumables. Issue purchase requests and monitor the process. Confirm semi-finished production orders. Review and release production orders. Support sales in committing delivery deadlines. Monitor production stages. Help production meet promised deadlines. Assist customers in tracking custom production. Manage PCP indicators. Align with maintenance planning. Suggest increasing or reducing capacity.
