Job Summary: Work as a generalist across HR subsystems, manage recruitment and selection processes, support employee onboarding, and implement engagement and internal communication initiatives. Immediate availability to start. Work as a generalist across HR subsystems. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from job opening and posting, through screening and interviews, to admission follow-up. Support new employee onboarding, ensuring a welcoming experience aligned with company culture. Support engagement, climate, and internal communication initiatives, reinforcing organizational culture and workplace environment. Support other activities within the HR department, payroll reconciliation, and transportation voucher (TEU) procurement.
