




Job Summary: Generalist HR professional to lead recruitment and selection, manage people and organizational climate, and develop internal marketing initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Recruitment and selection activities, including drivers and operational staff. 2. Support for people management and organizational climate. 3. Development of internal marketing and employee engagement initiatives. Conduct Recruitment & Selection processes (primarily for drivers, operational staff, and administrative staff) Support leadership in people management and organizational climate; Onboard new employees Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism; Hour Bank)Support HR administration routines (time tracking, vacations, leaves of absence, benefits); Implement driver retention programs Support CIPA, mandatory training, and occupational health and safety (OHS) initiatives; Develop internal marketing and employee engagement initiatives Compensation: R$3.800,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Profit sharing * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (preferred) Experience: * Prior experience as a Generalist HR professional (mandatory) Work Location: On-site
