Request reimbursement from the manufacturer and invoice warranty service orders. Prepare a summary of interventions intended for the customer to bill the warranty. Place orders for necessary parts required for vehicle repair/maintenance with the manufacturer. Open and close warranty and free maintenance service orders. Evaluate and adjust warranty claims. Handle agreement requests and recordkeeping. Submit invoices and warranty records to the manufacturer. Monitor and verify that repairs are performed in accordance with policy. Prepare and submit warranty and pre-approved agreement requests to the manufacturer. Ensure documentation exists to prove completed repairs and that the mechanic's diagnosis—approved by the workshop supervisor—is included. Previous experience as a Warranty Specialist, Warranty Analyst, Warranty Coordinator, or Warranty Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
