Preparing management reports and financial accountability The company is seeking a Financial Assistant in Recife. **Responsibilities:** Perform financial routine tasks for the company, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Control payments and collections, and conduct bank reconciliations. Monitor bank account balances and perform reconciliations. Issue and manage bank slips (boletos), carry out collections, and request payment authorizations. Record transactions in the system and ensure accurate financial clearance. Manage expenses, advances, commissions, and inter-account transactions. Prepare management reports, complete the Income Statement (DRE), and provide financial accountability to management. Participate in monthly closing by organizing and submitting fiscal documents, bank statements, receipts, and reports to the accounting department. Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant, Junior Financial Analyst, Treasury Assistant, or Financial Intern may indicate suitability for some of the activities associated with this position. **Desired Qualifications:** **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree **Experience:** Prior experience required **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 2,100.00 * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: Permanent – On-site * Duration: Full-time * Working Hours: Business hours.
