Prepare financial reports and present relevant information to senior management. Manage the agency's budget, monitoring revenues, expenses, and cash flow. Perform financial forecasting and long-term planning to ensure the agency's financial sustainability. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenues. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and business partners. Monitor and analyze the agency's financial performance indicators.
