We are currently in a growth and structuring phase, and we want you to be part of it. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ **ABOUT THIS POSITION** You will be responsible for the company’s operational financial control, ensuring accuracy in cash handling, payments, receipts, and reporting, and acting as a strategic partner to management. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Update daily cash flow (D+1) * Control and execute payable invoices on their due dates * Monitor receivables and initiate follow-up actions for outstanding items * Perform daily bank reconciliation without discrepancies * Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management * Liaise with the accounting firm to submit required documentation * Manage payments to RCAs, employees, and suppliers * Support the manager in financial analysis and forecasting ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ **REQUIREMENTS** Mandatory: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — especially advanced Excel * Knowledge of financial routines: accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliation * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability **Preferred:** * Experience with ERP systems * Experience in distribution or retail sectors * Familiarity with LGPD and best practices in financial compliance ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ **WHAT WE OFFER** * Salary: R$ 3.100,00 CLT * Meal and Transportation Allowance (multi-benefit card) — R$ 500.00 * Beauty Allowance: R$ 100.00 monthly for distributor products * Quarterly performance-based variable compensation * Individual Development Plan (IDP) and career progression * A growing environment with close and structured management ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * 1 hour and 30 minutes lunch break Monday to Friday + last Saturday of the month (compensated via time bank) On-site work — São José do Rio Preto/SP ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Disbel values diversity and believes plural environments are more creative and humane.
