Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Kaizen RS team in accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management, with a focus on continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support accounts payable and receivable control and bank reconciliations 2. Monitor cash flow and assist in delinquency management 3. Support monthly financial closing and financing control We are looking for a **Financial Analyst** to support the Finance team of **Kaizen RS** in accounts payable and receivable processes. Check out our opening! **Responsibilities:** * Support accounts payable and accounts receivable control; * Perform bank reconciliations and verify journal entries; * Monitor and update cash flow; * Assist in delinquency management; * Review financial documents and sales contracts; * Support vehicle financing control; * Organize and update financial reports; * Support monthly financial closing; * Provide financial information to the commercial team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; * Advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of banking routines; * Basic knowledge of Tax area; * Experience with Apollo and Unico Auto systems is a plus. **Additional Information:** * CLT employment contract, hybrid work model; * Meal or food allowance (Pluxee); * Health and dental insurance, effective after 3 months; * Birthday Day Off; * Gympass; * Education incentive; * Life insurance.
