Job Summary: A Financial Analyst specializing in Accounts Receivable manages the receivables cycle, ensuring accurate billing, delinquency control, and improved cash flow. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with Commercial, Tax, and Accounting departments The Financial Analyst specializing in Accounts Receivable is responsible for managing the company’s receivables cycle, ensuring accurate billing, delinquency control, and timely cash inflows per established deadlines. Works analytically to reduce credit risk and improve cash flow. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform reconciliation of receivables (bank slips, PIX, bank transfers, and credit cards). * Monitor and manage the customer portfolio and outstanding invoices. * Conduct proactive collections and debt negotiation. * Analyze creditworthiness and set credit limits according to company policy. * Issue and verify invoices and fiscal notes. * Prepare aging reports and delinquency indicators. * Record payments in the financial system/ERP. * Support month-end financial closing and projected cash flow. * Coordinate with Commercial, Tax, and Accounting departments to resolve discrepancies. * Suggest improvements to collection and credit processes. **Common Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Experience handling accounts receivable and collections routines. * Knowledge of bank reconciliation. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level). * Experience with financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Protheus, Totvs, etc.). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Organizational ability and deadline management. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Continuous improvement mindset.
