FINANCIAL ANALYST / COLLECTIONS POSITION - CHAPECÓ - SC We are seeking a Financial Analyst to assist with administrative and financial activities related to the company’s collections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tasks involving financial recordkeeping, payment controls, basic accounting entries, and general support for financial operations and collections. ➡ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ⬅ · Financial Data Entry and Updates: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Collection of overdue payments, accounts receivable. · Collection of receivables; · Cash Flow Management: Assist in monitoring cash flow, forecasting expenses and revenues, ensuring accuracy of records. · Payment Management: Control and schedule payments to suppliers, employees, and operational expenses. · Bank Reconciliation: Perform reconciliation between bank movements and accounting records to ensure data accuracy. · Accounting Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as system-based journal entries and account reconciliations. · Preparation of Financial Reports: Support the preparation of periodic financial reports for presentation to management or executive leadership. ➡ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ⬅ · Academic degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. · Basic proficiency in Excel and accounting or financial systems. · Numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and precision. · Teamwork capability and excellent communication skills. ➡ SKILLS ⬅ · Prior experience in financial, administrative, or collections roles. · Familiarity with specialized financial management software. · Certifications or supplementary courses in finance.
