Team that values continuous learning and innovation We are looking for a Sales Executive \- Junior Analyst to join the Commercial team at Estaiada Solucoes Em Credito, a fintech specializing in credit solutions for condominiums. For this role, active prospecting (outbound), lead qualification, and contact cadence management (phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp) are essential. We seek a candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. In essence, the selected candidate will be responsible for active prospecting, lead qualification, and sales process support in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented environment. **Sales Executive responsibilities include:** * Conduct active prospecting (outbound) and lead qualification. * Make initial contact with potential customers and understand their needs. * Manage contact cadence via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp. * Identify opportunities and route them to the sales team (closers). * Maintain the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) updated with information and interaction history. * Monitor conversion metrics and contribute to improvements in the commercial process. * Participate in internal meetings and alignment sessions with the sales team. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (Mandatory) * Active prospecting (outbound) and lead qualification (Mandatory) * Contact cadence management (phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp) (Mandatory) * CRM (Customer Relationship Management) maintenance (Mandatory) * Conversion metric tracking (Mandatory) * Excellent verbal and written communication (Mandatory) * Organization (Mandatory) * Proactivity (Mandatory) * Ability to handle goal-oriented routines (Mandatory) * Interest in the financial market and credit solutions (Mandatory) * Prior experience as an SDR (Sales Development Representative), pre-sales, or commercial support (Desirable) * Prior experience in the condominium market (Desirable) **Compensation and Benefits:** * Commission * After 1 year, paid vacation of 30 days * Market-competitive compensation, to be discussed during the selection process. **Additional Information:** * **Work Model:** Hybrid * **Contract Type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) * **Working Conditions:** Fixed schedule * **Primary Location:** Av.
