Main responsibilities * Operational and commercial management of the company's marketplaces and e-commerce platforms * Order tracking, listing management, catalog maintenance, and sales performance monitoring * Organization and tracking of commercial campaigns * Monitoring of sales and conversion metrics * Inventory control, product alignment, and support for logistics/commercial operations * Interface with marketing for campaign execution and promotional activities * Monitoring of customer service and customer experience across digital channels * Development and operation of online sales strategies for customer benefit clubs * Identification of opportunities for process and performance improvement * Support in organizing commercial and operational requests within the department
