Work Location: Campinas – SP Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Responsibilities and Duties: The Digital Solutions Analyst is responsible for supporting and monitoring sales processes conducted via digital tools, collaborating with both internal and external clients. This professional serves as the primary contact point for requests related to tool configuration, training, performance analysis, Level 1 support, and escalation of Level 2 issues. Additionally, they participate in electronic catalog, EDI, and RPA projects, collaborating closely with the commercial team and technology departments. * Provide support, assistance, and monitoring of sales processes via digital tools for internal and external clients. * Perform configurations—including customer, material, and other item registrations—in digital tools for internal and external clients. * Conduct training sessions and provide support regarding the use of digital tools, clarifying doubts and guiding internal and external users. * Participate in projects related to electronic catalogs (e.g., CheckBuy, PunchOut), EDI, and RPA—from requirement analysis through implementation and ongoing maintenance. * Triage incoming requests via channels such as GLPI and others, executing Level 1 tasks (e.g., registrations, configurations) and routing/monitoring Level 2 or higher requests to Sonepar IT when technical expertise is required. * Analyze and prioritize requests jointly with management, ensuring strategic alignment with business needs. * Attend meetings related to digital solutions, supporting the commercial team in client presentations, demonstrations, and needs alignment. * Audit and submit for commercial approval expenses associated with e-procurement transactions (digital portals). * Audit sales conducted through digital channels, and monitor sales generated via quotation pools and hunters (specific contracts). * Analyze departmental performance using established KPIs, propose corrective actions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
