We are looking for a Documentation and Export Analyst to join our team! Responsibilities: * Experience coordinating shipments and documentation of commodities exported in containers such as cotton and sugar. * Knowledge of port operations including monitoring container stuffing, approval of weight spreadsheets, etc. * Analysis of negotiated contractual terms. * Experience with FOB, CFR, and CIF shipments. * Follow-up with the Commercial (Trading) department, tax team, customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, customers, and other related departments. * Ensure compliance with all shipment deadlines to meet draft and cargo cut-off dates. * Analysis, issuance, and negotiation of export documents at origin, in accordance with letters of credit (LC) or documentary collection (DP and CAD) and the regulations of the importing country. * Follow-up of the entire document issuance process and submission of documents to the bank. * Daily follow-up on cargo arrival at destination. * Daily updates of internal controls (spreadsheets) and ERP system. * Experience in coordinating shipments and documentation of commodities exported in containers such as cotton and sugar. * Knowledge of port operations, including monitoring stuffing, approving weight spreadsheets, etc. * Analysis of negotiated contractual terms. * Experience with FOB, CFR, and CIF shipments. * Follow-up with the Commercial (Trading) department, tax team, customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, clients, and other related departments. * Ensure compliance with all shipment deadlines to meet draft and cargo cut-off dates. * Analysis, issuance, and negotiation of export documents at origin, in accordance with letters of credit (LC) or documentary collection (DP and CAD) and the regulations of the importing country. * Follow-up of the entire document issuance process and submission to the bank. * Daily follow-up of cargo arrival at destination. * Daily updates of internal controls (spreadsheets) and ERP system.
