This professional will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure, supporting administrative and clinical departments, contributing to service continuity and internal process optimization. Key Responsibilities: \* Develop Power BI dashboards and reports, integrating data from SQL Server and Oracle; \* Build and maintain SQL queries for analytical and operational reporting; \* Train and upskill users on utilized platforms; \* Support implementation of new systems and modules—from requirements gathering through testing and validation; \* Provide second-level technical and functional support for corporate systems; \* Assist the infrastructure team whenever required. Requirements: \* Completed bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; \* Practical experience with: \- Power BI (data modeling, DAX, ETL); \- SQL Server and Oracle; \* User training; \* System implementation or evolution projects; \* Strong communication skills, consultative attitude, and systemic thinking. Desirable Qualifications: \* Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, PHP, or modern frameworks); \* Mobile app development (React, Google AppSheet/AppScript); \* Process mapping expertise (BPMN); \* Experience with healthcare systems (electronic health records, billing, regulation, etc.).
