Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our customer service team, responsible for managing orders, building relationships, and anticipating customers’ needs. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and tracking customers’ order portfolios. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** We seek a candidate for our **customer service** team to perform activities related to this functional area. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Register orders; * Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for customers by SKU—from order registration through customer receipt—and handle returns when necessary; * Build positive and effective customer relationships to meet their expectations; * Anticipate customers’ needs by analyzing historical purchase data and inventory levels, proactively providing information to customers and the commercial team; * Prepare reports to monitor customers’ order portfolios and inform customers about the status of their portfolios; * Proactively contact customers regarding potential new sales orders and, if needed, refer them to the commercial team; * Routinely review open orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sales orders are delivered on agreed dates; * Responsible for updating Kiwi and SE Suite systems and monitoring the RNCC process; **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; * Basic English proficiency; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Prior experience in this role; * Familiarity with SAP, Kiwi, and Putty systems is desirable; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Araçatuba/SP **Additional Information** **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion facilities and 62 paper mills.
