Strategic collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams Provide strategic and operational support to the sales team, acting as a bridge between Sales, Planning, Technology, and Finance. The objective is to optimize processes, ensure data quality, implement tools supporting commercial performance, and directly contribute to data-driven decision-making. * Structure and optimize commercial processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and standardization; * Conduct sales performance analyses, including team productivity, sales funnel, conversion metrics, forecasting, and targets; * Develop and maintain management dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel, CRM, etc.); * Support the sales team with tools, methodologies, and sales processes (onboarding, playbooks, training, etc.); * Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance within the CRM and other systems; * Identify operational gaps and propose data-based solutions; * Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align commercial strategies and initiatives; * Support the definition and review of commercial targets, territories, and incentives; * Automate tasks and operational workflows wherever possible;
