




Job Summary: The Credit and Risk Coordinator will structure and manage credit policies and risk controls for vehicle financing and refinancing, aiming to balance growth and quality. We are seeking a **Credit and Risk Coordinator** to structure, implement, and manage credit policies and risk controls for the vehicle financing and refinancing operation. This professional will be responsible for ensuring balance between production growth and portfolio quality, directly participating in defining credit criteria, analyzing operational risks, improving and innovating credit policies, and preventing fraud. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Credit Management * Define and implement credit policies for: * Financing of used vehicles. * Refinancing secured by vehicles. * Establish approval criteria and risk mitigation measures. * Monitor quality of approved transactions. * Support the credit analyst team in decision-making. Portfolio Risk Management * Monitor operational risk indicators. * Track performance of originated portfolios. * Identify patterns of delinquency or credit deterioration. * Propose adjustments to credit policies based on portfolio behavior. Fraud Prevention * Structure document validation and control processes. * Develop fraud prevention mechanisms. * Investigate inconsistencies or suspicious transactions. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements. Relationship Management with Entities Involved in the Process: * Serve as the technical interface with funds, securitization companies, and other parties involved in the credit granting process; * Align credit policies and formalization procedures; * Monitor changes in credit policies; * Support negotiations related to transaction approvals. Governance and Processes * Structure credit analysis and approval workflows. * Define authority levels and team autonomy. * Implement internal controls and audits. * Ensure standardization and quality of analyses. Credit Intelligence * Monitor strategic operational indicators. * Generate managerial reports on risk and credit. * Identify opportunities to improve conversion without increasing risk. * Support the company’s strategic decisions. Key Performance Goals * Maintain portfolio credit quality. * Reduce fraud and inconsistency risks. * Improve credit approval rate while controlling risk. * Reduce rework and operational pending items. * Ensure efficiency in credit analysis time. Mandatory Requirements * Experience in credit and risk within the financial sector. * Experience with: * Vehicle financing or secured lending. * Consumer credit operations. * Team management experience in credit departments. * Strong analytical capability and decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in vehicle refinancing. * Background in banks, finance companies, or credit brokers. * Experience in fraud prevention. * Knowledge of data analysis and risk indicators.
