We are looking for an analytical, organized professional with strong negotiation skills, strategic vision for risk management, customer relationship handling, and receivables recovery. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct credit analysis and approval for customers; * Assess financial risk and consult credit protection agencies; * Monitor delinquency and execute collection actions; * Negotiate payment terms, agreements, and conditions; * Monitor customer portfolio and departmental KPIs; * Implement delinquency prevention and financial risk reduction measures; * Support reconciliations, financial controls, and database updates; * Coordinate with commercial and finance departments to align processes.
