Conducts studies and reports to assist in strategic decision-making, ensuring the organization's financial efficiency. * Analyze and control operational costs in the sales department, identifying deviations and opportunities for expense reduction. * Prepare and update managerial reports with information on company costs. * Conduct economic feasibility studies for projects and investments. * Participate in the budgeting and financial planning process of the department. * Monitor financial performance, identifying potential improvements in processes. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize costs and maximize profitability. * Identify and implement improvements in internal processes related to costs. * Stay updated on best cost management practices and propose innovations in the field. * Assist in defining product and service prices, considering the associated costs.
