For the fourth consecutive year, our team has rated Meta as a great place to work, reaffirming our GPTW certification. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Independently manage corporate legal matters from start to finish. * Identify and request required documentation for each process. * Draft corporate legal documents (e.g., incorporations, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, minutes, bylaws, etc.). * File and monitor processes at the Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, and other competent authorities. * Comply with requirements set by registration authorities and ensure legal compliance. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience: Prior experience handling corporate legal routines, drafting and registering corporate legal documents. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Critical analytical ability and risk identification capability. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
