




Industry seeks a Customer Success Coordinator professional in Osasco. Anhembi is one of Brazil's leading event centers, located in São Paulo. It provides infrastructure for trade fairs, conferences, and corporate events. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the entire order cycle (OTC) from order release through to delivery to the customer, ensuring compliance with agreements, quality standards, and established deadlines. Serve as the focal point between Sales, Logistics, and Transportation departments, ensuring integration, alignment, and communication across these areas. Monitor and ensure performance indicators (KPIs) for processes, such as OTIF, OTD, Fill Rate, Aging, and carrier SLAs. Identify opportunities within the order scheduling workflow, propose solutions to enhance customer service, implement best practices and methodologies to guarantee timeliness, efficiency, and service quality. Maintain a customer-centric focus and balance service levels against costs while upholding operational excellence and achieving targets.
