We operate at a fast pace, with a strong culture focused on results and continuous expansion. **Role Mission** Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of all the company’s financial and operational information. The Financial Controller transforms data into decisions, creates predictability, generates metrics, audits processes, and supports the healthy growth of the ecosystem. **Responsibilities and Activities** **1. Strategic Financial Management** * Prepare the monthly managerial income statement (DRE) accurately and with critical analysis. * Build and review the annual budget (forecast vs. actual). * Model financial scenarios, projections, and margin analyses. * Assess profitability by product, department, and business unit. * Create financial indicators (KPIs) and monitor them weekly. **2. Internal Control and Audit** * Validate reconciliations, payments, journal entries, and documents prepared by the financial analyst. * Develop and review internal financial policies and procedures. * Audit processes to prevent failures, deviations, and operational risks. * Establish standards for financial governance and compliance. **3. Cash Flow and Results Management** * Forecast future cash flow using realistic scenarios. * Analyze costs, expenses, gross margin, and operating margin. * Develop strategic presentations for executive leadership and investors. * Proactively identify financial risks and propose solutions. **4.
