CONTRACT REVIEW ANALYST

Job Summary: Analyst responsible for reviewing commercial proposals and contracts, validating data accuracy, identifying inconsistencies, and supporting contract management. Key Highlights: 1. Strong ability to interpret documents **Main Responsibilities:** * Review commercial proposals and compare them against the respective formalized contracts; * Validate alignment between information in contracts and records entered into the IXC ERP system; * Identify discrepancies related to amounts, deadlines, validity periods, adjustment indices, products, services, commercial terms, and other contractual clauses; * Record and report inconsistencies identified during the review process; * Update managerial spreadsheets of the Controller/Contracts department with consolidated and strategic information; * Classify contracts according to criteria established by the department; * Support the organization, standardization, and maintenance of the department’s document repository; * Assist in identifying contracts pending renewal, adjustment, or regularization; * Prepare periodic reports on the progress of reviews and inconsistencies found; * Meet project timelines, quality standards, and established goals. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields; * Experience in document analysis and review; * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile; * Strong ability to interpret documents and identify inconsistencies; * Knowledge of the IXC ERP system will be considered a plus.
