Simple Care is a company offering digital health solutions, focusing on facilitating access to healthcare services through innovative technology. **Responsibilities:** Strategically procure pharmaceuticals, hospital supplies, and medical consumables, ensuring optimal commercial terms, inventory control, and regulatory compliance—directly contributing to the company's sustainability and growth. Conduct quotations and negotiations with pharmaceutical and hospital supply vendors. Place orders while securing the best delivery timelines, pricing, and commercial terms. Develop and qualify new suppliers. Monitor inventory levels, product expiration dates, and stock turnover rates. Control COGS, margins, and procurement KPIs. Ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations and sanitary requirements. Support inventory counts and audits. Issue and track purchase orders via ERP system. Prepare managerial performance reports. Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
