




Description: This person will be responsible for enhancing the performance of the TOTVS sales team through process structuring, training, content development, tools, and data intelligence. They will conduct funnel analysis, lead quality assessment, conversion rate analysis, and provide feedback to sales. They will also ensure the team has the necessary resources, scripts, playbooks, outreach approaches, and training to achieve its goals, while collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align strategies. Responsibilities and Assignments WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Develop and deliver training programs for the TOTVS sales team, equipping team members with more consultative and effective outreach capabilities; * Create strategic materials to support sales executives in consultative outreach and selling, aiming to boost conversions; * Conduct training for the commercial team to help develop skills in generating sales opportunities; * Increase conversion rates by identifying opportunities to improve commercial outreach approaches and internal processes; * Optimize the sales team’s routines to enhance efficiency; * Propose, support the selection of, and implement tools for opportunity generation, prospecting, sales engagement, selling, etc.; * Work on continuous improvement of the sales funnel, ensuring leads are properly qualified and progress through the pipeline more efficiently; * Implement technologies to optimize team productivity, ensuring all tools are used strategically.
