




Description: Company: FEIMI Job Description FEIMI is seeking a Commercial and Administrative Analyst to support commercial and administrative routines, ensuring process organization, information control, and assistance to sales, finance, and operations departments, thereby contributing to business efficiency and growth. Main Responsibilities * Support the sales department in administrative and operational routines; * Draft, manage, and monitor commercial proposals, contracts, and orders; * Register and update customer and commercial information in the system; * Monitor order flow, billing, and interface with the finance department; * Support the tracking of commercial KPIs (sales, conversion rate, pipeline); * Organize documents, reports, and presentations for the sales department; * Serve as the liaison between sales, finance, and other internal departments; * Support post-sales processes and customer relationship management; * Ensure compliance with internal deadlines and standards. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Management Processes, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Prior experience in administrative and/or commercial routines (experience in trade fairs preferred); * Proficiency in Excel and control tools; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with CRM and management systems; * Experience working in medium-sized companies; * Basic understanding of financial processes (billing and collections).
