Apply **Job Description** --------------------- We seek commercial professionals with expertise in customer prospecting, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, and the ability to devise strategies for attracting new customers. We expect organized and proactive work, including proposing ideas and strategies, as well as autonomy in prospecting activities. Together, we will plan, create, and manage content to drive direct traffic to our conversion channels, acquiring customers and business opportunities. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Assist in prospecting, actively and consistently engaging with clients and presenting our technology service solutions; * Track clients from initial contact through to purchase; * Register new clients in the CRM system and monitor their sales journey within the CRM; * Outbound activities focused on outreach efforts—i.e., contacting prospects via in-person visits, phone calls, social points, emails, and activities with strategic partners and events; * Initiate contact and conduct prospecting; * Work with segmented lists for prospecting; * Support the commercial team with daily tasks; * Contribute to Inbound and Outbound Marketing initiatives; * Prepare briefings, presentations, materials, and commercial proposals; * Pre-qualify potential leads based on their needs and pain points; * Develop and suggest scripts and strategic approaches for prospective clients; * Actively engage in events and trade fairs to establish meaningful connections. **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Dabi Business Park (Lagoinha, Ribeirão Preto \- SP) **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Benefits:** Birthday day off and TotalPass **Education Requirements** ------------ * Administration * Marketing * Commercial Management **Competencies and Skills** ------------------------------ * Negotiation * Active Prospecting **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Strong communication skills * Intermediate English * Experience in B2B service sales, negotiation, knowledge of technology and software development (basic understanding) is desirable * Familiarity with the sales funnel concept (stages, processes, and techniques)
