Together, we will build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Position:** Category Management Analyst **Location:** São Paulo, SP, BRA### **Position Summary** Consolidate, structure, and share Colgate\-Palmolive’s category strategies with the Category Management (CM) team, while also supporting customers. Develop shopper- and market trend–based business training and recommendations to drive profitable growth of Colgate\-Palmolive categories and enhance the shopper’s purchasing experience across various retail environments. Ensure productivity of the Colgate\-Palmolive product portfolio, and recommend optimal assortment for H\&S, C\&C, and Pharma channels.### **Key Activities and Responsibilities** * **Consulting and Training:** Provide technical consulting and training on Colgate\-Palmolive categories to customers and internal teams, basing recommendations on market and consumer data. * **Opportunity Identification:** Identify business opportunities through in-store audits (store checks), market analysis, and shopper behavior studies to expand category sales. * **Strategic Planning:** Support development of category plans for strategic customers, targeting growth in volume, value, and productivity, as well as operational and logistical improvements. * **Planogram Management:** Update category management strategies based on market data and prepare planograms for execution by the company’s internal teams. * **Influencing the 5Ps:** Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to influence implementation of the 5Ps within customers’ Category Management. * **Execution Excellence:** Equip the sales force and merchandising teams to implement planograms at the point of sale, ensuring compliance with established strategies. ### **Basic Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or final-year student * Solid experience in Analytics or Commercial areas * Intermediate English proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ### **Desirable Differentiators** * Postgraduate degree (specialization in trade marketing, retail, or sales) * Spanish proficiency **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people — developing strong talents from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to better serve our consumers worldwide and foster an inclusive environment where everyone truly belongs.
