




#### **About the position:** The Business Applications Analyst is the professional responsible for ensuring that the company’s business management systems—including, among others, ERP, WMS, and HR management systems—operate in alignment with the company’s operations and strategy. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Design and integrate business management systems and applications, actively participating in analysis, evaluation, and implementation. * Maintain and evolve these services. * Ensure data security. * Establish backup and security policies to prevent physical or logical intrusions and map all technical procedures. * Provide technical support: resolve service tickets, perform software installation, configuration, and updates, clarify user queries, and supply necessary requirements for proper operation of management systems. * Participate in the selection of technology implementation partners, specifying requirements, evaluating proposals, and monitoring and collaborating with partners throughout the project to ensure delivery as expected. * Interact with users at all organizational levels—from executive leadership to frontline staff—providing support, training, and assistance in meeting their needs, translating requests into system implementations. * Develop BI reports (managerial, operational, and strategic) based on data available in management systems and related applications, tailored to departmental needs and managerial requests, to measure KPIs and support strategic decision-making. * Administer business, user, and customer information in system databases, ensuring security, availability, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable legislation. #### **Requirements:** * Proficiency at basic to intermediate level in integrated enterprise management systems (ERP) for retail. * Proficiency at basic to intermediate level in administration of ERP-associated management systems, such as HR management and WMS (Warehouse Management System). * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, and macOS). * Expertise in physical and logical network configuration (TCP/IP, IP ranges, subnets/masks, gateways, routing, network topology, etc.). * Proficiency at basic to intermediate level in network and database security. * Expertise in administration and querying of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.). * Familiarity with leading market software and hardware, web servers, and EDI solutions. * Ability to generate reports and documentation of performed procedures according to industry standards. * Experience with server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, and similar). * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and knowledge of VISIO (or similar). * Knowledge of backup and storage solutions. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Multidisciplinary knowledge across business areas: administration, accounting, tax, finance, operations, sales, and HR. * Familiarity with BI (Business Intelligence) tools such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable.
