Rennova is seeking a Logistics Operations Analyst to manage the strategic and operational activities of the OL channel, ensuring supply efficiency, operational fluidity, and commercial performance support for this channel. This position will be responsible for connecting internal departments, distributors, and the commercial team, directly managing the channel’s operational flow, monitoring KPIs, service levels, and supporting decision-making. The professional will play a key role in evolving and consolidating Rennova’s OL model, contributing to gains in efficiency, scalability, and excellence in market service. We seek an analytical, collaborative professional with business acumen, capable of operating in a dynamic, multifunctional environment focused on continuous improvement. **Responsibilities and duties** * Execute OL channel operations, monitoring order flow, supply, and service levels; * Serve as the interface between commercial areas, finance, pricing, Sales Administration, After-Sales, SFE, and distributors; * Monitor operational and commercial KPIs, supporting decision-making and identifying improvement opportunities; * Track inventory levels, product availability, and operational coverage; * Support the commercial team in resolving operational issues and providing channel support; * Conduct performance analyses related to orders, fulfillment, supply, and operational efficiency; * Participate in developing and enhancing OL channel processes and governance; * Develop management reports and strategic analyses to support internal departments; * Ensure compliance with the company’s commercial and operational policies; * Contribute to continuous improvement, efficiency, and scalability initiatives for the operation. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience in commercial operations, supply chain, business excellence, sales administration, or distributor relationship management. * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce, and SAP. * Strong analytical ability, organization, proactivity, and negotiation skills. * **Must reside in Goiânia/GO or its metropolitan region.** **Additional information** * Meal/Voucher allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass or Wellhub; * Birthday Day Off.
