We operate under the "People and Management" philosophy, placing care for people at the center of all decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Issuing invoices (NF\-e, NFS\-e) * Verifying orders prior to billing * Ensuring accuracy of amounts, taxes, and data * Daily/monthly billing control * Reconciliation of billed amounts * Preparing billing reports * Analyzing inconsistencies and discrepancies * Billing KPIs * Customer support regarding invoices and collections * Supporting the commercial team * Analyzing operational and financial reports to ensure accurate information reporting * Issuing invoices, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal processes * Maintaining and updating internal controls to guarantee data integrity and organization * Verifying and ensuring that applied prices are correct and aligned with the approved commercial proposal * Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance process efficiency **Requirements** * Proven experience in billing, preferably within the logistics sector * Proficiency in Excel and Protheus * Ability to work collaboratively, proactively, and effectively manage deadlines and goals * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—essential for success in this role **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Food allowance * Medical and dental assistance * Partnerships with educational institutions and discounts on products and services * Career development plan **Join the SuperFrio team!** Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Qualifications:* Financial Management, Bachelor’s Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree * Accounting, Bachelor’s Degree * Logistics, Bachelor’s Degree
