




In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, peripherals, and software, ensuring full equipment functionality and user support within established standards and deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software according to company-defined standards. * Perform diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues. * Carry out IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities on IT assets. * Provide VIP support with personalized service, including management of audio and video conferencing technologies. * Perform network printer installations and device sharing. * Provide support for the Office 365 suite and corporate systems. * Install and troubleshoot software related to coverage and compliance. * Maintain IT inventory control and coordinate service tickets with vendors. * Support equipment and license procurement processes. * Provide support for Mac devices. * Strictly comply with established service level agreements (SLAs). * Support recurring meetings, events, and after-hours activities when necessary. * Document incidents, problems, and solutions to update the internal knowledge base. Requirements: * Experience with hardware and software installation and support. * Knowledge of local networks (DHCP, DNS). * Strong communication and user support skills. * Familiarity with Office 365 and collaborative tools. * Experience providing in-person support (Hands & Feet). * Ability to accurately follow technical standards and procedures. **Additional Information:** * Compensation: BRL 3,000.00 CLT. * Benefits: Reduced-cost Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, and Transportation Voucher. * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. * Work Model: 100% in-person. * Location: Iporanga neighborhood (Sorocaba/SP).
