




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, communicative, and committed individual to work in backoffice, providing support to partner brokers and the internal team, ensuring agility, quality, and organization in processes involving insurance companies. Organization and standardization of internal processes Our advisory firm is growing, and we seek an organized, communicative, and committed individual to work in backoffice, providing support to partner brokers and the internal team. This position is essential to ensure agility, quality, and organization across all processes with insurance companies. Responsibilities * Provide administrative and operational support to brokers and the advisory firm’s sales team; * Monitor and resolve pending matters with insurance companies; * Prepare quotations; * Maintain up-to-date records of brokers, insured parties, and proposals; * Support monitoring of brokers’ production and targets; * Ensure organization and standardization of internal processes; * Contribute to agile and efficient service for the advisory firm’s partners. Requirements * Experience in administrative or backoffice routines within the insurance market; * Basic knowledge of major insurance lines (auto, residential, commercial, life, etc.); * Proficiency with insurance company systems and Excel spreadsheets; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organized, proactive profile with a sense of priority.
