Monitor financial routines, including cash handling, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Clarify store-related questions regarding entries and processes. Understand and correctly apply the chart of accounts. Contribute to preparing management reports and conducting financial analyses. Act as an intermediary among stores, the office, and management. Organize and maintain financial document archives up-to-date. Assist in delinquency control and support collection processes. Provide support to supervisors and management in analyzing financial indicators. Ensure entries are made within stipulated deadlines. Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant, Junior Financial Analyst, Treasury Assistant, or Financial Intern may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
