It involves diverse automations, continuous improvement of bot workflows, process support, and more direct, dynamic actions not dependent on PO specifications. A 360-degree perspective, analytical capability, and proposals for improvements based on monitoring activities are expected. The Automation Analyst is expected to focus on: workflow stability, failure prevention, bottleneck reduction, and rapid error identification. Every bot modification must follow a minimum standard: understanding the problem to be solved, alignment with operations, product, and commercial teams, controlled testing before deployment, active follow-up in subsequent days, constant monitoring, and daily oversight. Daily bot monitoring is expected, including: monitoring of active workflows, analysis of failures, deviations, or bottlenecks, and rapid response in case of failures. The Automation Analyst must collaborate integrally with: product, operations, sales, and supervision.
