Monitor e-commerce post-sales activities, ensuring prompt responses to customers. Analyze reported incidents and request necessary information (e.g., delays, damages, shipping errors, dissatisfaction), systematically recording all details in Trello. Manage and track open tickets, updating customers on status, deadlines, and solutions until each case is resolved. Support refund and reshipment processes, including data verification, communication with customers, and internal alignment for resolution. Contribute to social media efforts by proposing content ideas, trend suggestions, and current references, collaborating with the creative team. Monitor comments and respond appropriately in line with the company’s tone of voice; monitor messages and route them to the appropriate service channel. Previous experience as a Marketing Analyst, Marketing Coordinator, Communications Assistant, or Social Media Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
