Assist the Analyst/Supervisor in issuing invoices and conducting tax assessments for companies. Maintain a positive work environment, departmental organization and equipment, and organization of shared areas. * Handle procurement, storage, and movement of raw materials, indirect materials, equipment, supplies, and services in industrial, commercial, and service companies; * Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g., warehouse/depot space organization, route planning); * Develop requirements and standards (e.g., packaging, procurement, deliveries); * Identify the most cost-effective shipping methods and schedules; * Evaluate supplier operations (e.g., freight dispatches) according to quality standards; * Help foster trust-based relationships with business partners; * Monitor KPIs and present reports on supply chain performance; * Negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal pricing, product terms, payment methods, and delivery timelines.
