Notify your manager about your participation in the Selection Process. **Job Description** --------------------- Procure services/materials (Capex and Opex), manage higher-complexity and high-spend contracts, analyze procurement scope and technical specifications, develop vendor lists, request quotations, negotiate, issue purchase orders and contracts, monitor processes, control documentation, and ensure process fairness in accordance with Compliance standards and SLA timelines. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Critically analyze SCs and all received documentation to conduct competitive procurement processes; * Issue market invitation letters with all relevant process documentation; participate in technical visits where applicable; * Receive technical and commercial proposals and forward them to the requesting area for validation; * Analyze and equalize commercial proposals, assessing CPU, BDI, social charges, and applicable tax implications; * Negotiate received commercial proposals, ensuring process fairness; * Approve procurement processes, including evaluating the financial health of the prospective contractor where applicable; * Provide diverse support and guidance to internal clients; * Participate in developing other Analysts/Assistants’ contract negotiation capabilities; * Interface with Operational and Administrative departments (Controller, Legal, Finance); * Monitor the signing of draft contracts, including participating in legal evaluations and discussions where applicable; * Prepare contract folders on the network, ensuring full process traceability; * Issue contracts or purchase orders in the system; * Update weekly progress and savings for each assigned process in a dedicated tracking spreadsheet; * Manage your portfolio of procurements, controlling SLA response times per internal policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering; Desirable: Postgraduate degree / MBA; Languages: Advanced / Fluent English.
