At CPFL, you will find a solid environment to grow with confidence, with security to evolve and space to build a purpose-driven future. **Commercial Services Analyst I** Where you will work: Campinas/SP Work model: In-person Company: CPFL Piratininga **Prerequisites:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in administrative areas; * Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work in Campinas/SP in person. **DESIRABLE:** * Ability to handle and analyze data; * Knowledge of SAP/CCS/ERP; CRM; ANEEL Resolution 1000/2021; PRODIST Module 9; * Knowledge of data analysis, performance indicators, and PowerPoint presentations; * Knowledge of Power BI, Python, Power Apps, Power Automate, Lists, and SQL; * Knowledge of contract and contractor management; * Familiarity with agile methodologies is desirable; * English proficiency is desirable; * Degree in electrotechnology or related fields; **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Execute and analyze registration activities, invoice processing, and tasks related to commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with deadlines and current procedures. * Identify potential process non-conformities, analyze them, suggest improvements, forward them for resolution, and monitor progress. * Suggest, develop, and participate in commercial campaigns related to CPFL’s interests or mandated by regulatory bodies. * Contribute to and support changes in regulations and/or systems by participating in projects across specification, development, testing, implementation, and training phases. * Provide support for commercial processes, interact with internal departments, analyze historical data, organize information, and prepare high-quality responses. * Provide support for commercial processes, clarify doubts, and participate in internal or external audits; * Analyze commercial process data, prepare reports, develop and monitor performance indicators, and suggest improvements. * Process various expense payments, monitor budget balances, control MSO (materials, services, and other) budgets, assess impacts, and update the best estimate of actualization. **What we offer:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Food allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Daycare assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Wellhub; * "Fale Comigo" Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory service for psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn a bit about us:** We operate in Brazil's electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of the cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s electric power sector.
