Propose improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce rework. Structure operational workflows and documents; Support the implementation of improvements and monitor KPIs. Previous experience as a Quality Analyst, Continuous Improvement Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Process Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
