Job Summary: A professional to optimize production and organize workflows, ensuring excellent deliveries and guaranteeing process integration. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of processes from procurement planning to customer delivery. 2. Plan, coordinate, and control production according to demand and capacity. 3. Integrate information across production, procurement, sales, and logistics. **Description**: **Objective:** * Ensure all processes—from procurement planning through to customer delivery—are integrated and operating efficiently. This is a key position to optimize production, organize workflows, and ensure all orders are delivered with excellence. .**Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and control production according to factory demand and capacity. * Integrate information across production, procurement, sales, and logistics departments, ensuring alignment and efficient communication. * Monitor production schedules, delivery deadlines, and inventory levels. * Anticipate potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to prevent delays. * Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide data for decision-making. * Track performance indicators (OTD – On Time Delivery, productivity, inventory levels, etc.). * Ensure internal processes are documented and standardized. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in PCP, mandatorily in the food industry or consumer goods manufacturing. * Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools. * Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Desired experience in continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen). * Desired experience in inventory and procurement management. * Proficiency in Excel — intermediate level minimum is essential. **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday — 07:30–17:30 **Location:** Vila Caju — East Zone (SP) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
