* Manage and monitor transportation operations using the GKO Fretes system, including freight calculation and auditing, delivery tracking, carrier performance, and cost analysis. * Administer and analyze warehouse operations in the Silt (Sênior) WMS, ensuring inventory accuracy, inventory control, productivity, and compliance with SLAs for shipping and receiving. * Develop, monitor, and report logistics KPIs for transportation and warehousing (OTIF, lead time, inventory accuracy, cost per ton/order, operator productivity, among others). * Identify continuous improvement opportunities in logistics processes, proposing solutions to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Support demand planning and interface with procurement, production, and sales teams to align logistics flows and priorities. * Conduct carrier and logistics provider performance management, including performance meetings and KPI analysis. * Lead projects for implementation and integration of logistics systems (TMS, WMS, ERP, BI). * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and compliance standards in operations. * Support the operational team in resolving logistics incidents (damages, returns, discrepancies, delays, etc.).
